I arrived this morning without an appointment. Having worked myself into panic mode, I thought I may have had a stroke. The ladies at reception were wonderful and asked Dr Arain to help. He fitted me in at the end of the morning session. What a lovely man. Put me at ease before I'd even sit down. Told me not to worry. Took my blood pressure, all good. Cannot thank him enough for seeing me and the receptionists who made it possible.

The ease in obtaining an GP's appointment. The demeanor and professionalism of all the staff that have given me confidence in the practice. The patient care reports from Dr Peters hospital passed to the practice and then forwarded to the patient. At times it is difficult to get an appointment by telephone. This must be very hard to manage. Could technology help?
